Joint Enterprise License Agreement

License Process:

  1. Users apply for a subscription to their required Adobe JELA product via the Army CHESS License Tracker System (LTS) -- https://peoeis.army.mil/chess/lts/SitePages/Home.aspx
  2. The user's CHESS LTS request then proceeds through a workflow process via the requestors unit/command G-6 and G-8; then to Army for final review and approval.
  3. Once the request from the CHESS License Tracker System is approved, users will be notified via email with instructions on how to contact their Adobe 'Trusted Agent.'
  4. Users then contact their Adobe Trusted Agent or comply with local help desk / ticket processes to request an install.
  5. Only Trusted Agents can then download licenses from the Adobe JELA Enterprise License Portal. https://adobe.carahsoft.com/JELA/index.php for install.
  6. To become a trusted agent, contact the CHESS Help desk for details at: 1-888-232-4405 or armychess@mail.mil.

Adobe Acrobat Pro Eula

  1. Hello, I recently installed Acrobat 2017 Pro Desktop using a volume license key bought from Adobe. After opening the first PDF after logging in, it will close after a few seconds and pull up the EULA forcing an Accept. It will no longer prompt the rest of the user session, until log out and back in.
  2. Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard desktop software — including future feature updates, quarterly security enhancements and improvements. Adobe Document Cloud services, which let you complete essential PDF tasks with the Acrobat Reader mobile app or in your web browser, including storing and sharing files online. Document Cloud services also.
  3. If your organization has purchased an Acrobat DC license via an ETLA (Enterprise Term License Agreement) or VIP program, you can download the installers from this page. To download the Acrobat installer, click the appropriate download link below. After the download is complete, follow the installation instructions below to begin the installation.
  4. Report violations of the EULA or any improper or unauthorized use of Adobe software to piracy@adobe.com, contact Adobe Support, or call 800-343-3325. Adobe uses good-faith efforts to maintain as confidential all personally identifiable information Adobe collects from you.
  5. The University of Minnesota only has an Enterprise license agreement with Adobe for Acrobat Pro DC. All other Adobe Creative Cloud products must be purchased separately under an Adobe VIP agreement. Why when I sign in to Acrobat Pro am I getting a message that says I only have a 7 day free trial?
